Nature Of Duties:
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Riffle Machine Works, Inc. seeks candidates for Production Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Manage and direct production workforce to produce a quality product in the correct time frame.
• Respond in a timely manner to all Quality and Operator issues regarding parts and processes.
• Ensure consistent and professional communication with the customer at all times.
• Complete production reports accurately and promptly.
• Act professional to all employees and maintain a high degree of professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing supervision role
• Problem solving – multi tasking skills
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook with the ability to learn new software)
