Nature Of Duties:
Regency Hospital - Columbus is part of a national network of specialized acute care hospitals within Select Medical. Our programs and services have been designed to fit in the continuum of health care for those patients that are critically ill and need longer acute hospitalization for their recovery.
We have full-time opportunities for Charge Nurses with critical care experience.
The Charge Nurse is a registered nurse with recognized leadership abilities and sound clinical skills who will actively assist the Nursing Director/Manager in coordinating the day-to-day activities of the nursing unit. The Charge Nurse takes a leading role in activities such as nursing performance improvement, job performance evaluations, staffing, scheduling, and working with Directors and preceptors in the orientation and training of new employees.

Required Qualifications:
Qualified nurses will possess RN state licensure, EKG assessment, vasoactive drip competency, BLS and ACLS. Medical-Surgical, ICU, and Telemetry experience is a must.
