Nature Of Duties: Provides primary administrative support for Business Manager to include a variety of general, clerical and administrative functions, may assist other administrative staff and/or managers in special projects as needed. Assist Human Resources in data entry, administrative support and new hire onboard processing.

Required Qualifications: • Provide primary administrative support for the Business Manager and as needed for Human Resources to include but not limited to screening, evaluation and redirection of incoming calls and faxes, internal and external communications, office supplies and equipment, correspondence, memos and other business documents, scheduling meetings and/or events.
• Locates, compiles, assembles and categorizes information for reports, graphs, tables, records and other sources of information.
• Maintains official record files and transmits records to RMDC for permanent storage.
• Maintains Human Resources Information System (HRIS), personnel files, medical records and other related filing.
• Assists Human Resources in onboard processing of new hires to include, but not limited to new hire paperwork, data entry, and initial escorting of newly hired employees,
• Maintain confidential information as required in the course of assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Operates computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other office support software.
• Uses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports.
• Implementation of ISMS and work authorization programs as they relate to functional areas.
• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma GED equivalency or equivalent work experience. AA preferred.
• Eight (8) years related Administrative Assistant experience. Three (3) years experience in a multiple people support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point) with experience in HRIS preferred
• DOE “L” clearance or ability to obtain a DOE “L” clearance.
