Hours of work: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Salary: $27,955.20 - $29,868.80 Annually $13.44 - $14.36 Hourly

Performs general labor outdoors (e.g., unloads and loads trucks (i.e., cartons, supplies, equipment, modular work station materials, shovels snow, general grounds keeping duties, etc.)). Performs general labor indoors (e.g., sorts, stacks, and delivers construction material, supplies, mail, equipment, etc. and puts away such items); assists other areas in performing general unskilled maintenance and repair duties, assist in maintaining inventory items stocked, maintaining a clean work area (e.g., cleans sweeps, dusts, mops, etc.). This position may be required to work at other locations in Franklin County (i.e., Alum Creek, Academy, and the Emergency Management Agency).

Required Qualifications: Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition, subtraction, multiplication & division. In accordance with Section 124.11 (B)(2) of Revised Code, Director of Administrative Services has determined this classification to be unskilled labor class & therefore exempt from written examination. -Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
