Nature Of Duties:
The Broadband Network Consultant is responsible for selling services on Horizon Telcom's fiber optic network. Services include point to point data circuits, point to multipoint data circuits, internet band-width, VoIP, and Data Backup. They must develop and maintain business relationships with business customers in a predefined territory. Candidate will establish new services through prospecting activities such as networking, and lead follow-up.
-Base salary, plus commission
Required Qualifications:
-Travel required to cover parts of eastern Ohio including Athens, Gallipolis, Jackson and Portsmouth. Other consultants will cover parts of western Ohio including Circleville, Greenfield, Hillsboro, and Washington Court House.
- 2-4 year degree in networking, information technology or equivalent
experience in the telcom sector.
- Must be self motivated and a team player.
