Nature Of Duties:
Put your experience to use with ElectroCraft, a global leader in motion engineered solutions. In this key position, candidates will lead a manufacturing Value Stream and be responsible for day-to-day activities so as to meet specified deadlines. in this position you will provide leadership and training to associates, drive the Lean process to maximize profitable growth, provide premier customer service, develop a technically qualified workforce, and reduce operating cost & inventories through the use of Lean tools. This position will also be responsible for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance.
Required Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related area. A minimum of three to seven years manufacturing and operations experience along with a strong knowledge of Lean principles. Prior supervisory experience is preferred. Effective verbal and written communication skills are required as well as proficiency in Microsoft applications.
