Complete Description:
The position is the primary contact for patient intake. The position has access to confidential patient demographic medical and financial information and may have limited patient care duties. This position works in collaboration with other members of Adena Health System under the direct supervision of the Site Director.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent including Business/Office Management classes in course of study. Must be familiar with Medical Terminology. Minimum of one-year clerical experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Weekend and/or holiday rotation may be required.
