Nature Of Duties:
Provides pre-hospitalization screening, crisis intervention, counseling, etc. to clients who access our system through the Crisis Center, referrals from courts, jails, hospitals, and other community resources. Participates in the coordination of the probate screening process.
Required Qualifications:
LSW or LPC required, as well as two years related experience. Must have valid OH driver's license.
