Interviewing Advice
The following websites offer advice on many areas of the inteviewing process including possible questions that you may be hit with. Many companies simply put 'interview questions' in to an internet search, make copies of it and pass it out to those interviewing candidates and tells them to pick a good one.
Being on this website and going to the offerings below you are already yards ahead of the competition and even simply reading the following questions will get your brain in 'interview mode'. This will prepare you for whatever the interviewer can toss your way which there is a lower likelyhood of you being caught off-guard! Some examples of questions are:
What strengths and weaknesses would you bring to this position?
What type of management style do you prefer (hands-on, frequent supervision, minimal supervision, etc.) and why?
Tell me about a specific occasion when you conformed to a policy even though you did not agree with it.
These aren't your typical questions. They are designed to envoke reactions and answers that can give the employer insight into you as a person and how you will fit in at their company.
A WORD OF CAUTION:
Access to these questions does not give you the right to practice your answers and falsely present yourself in any interview setting. In today's job market you need to value the opportunity to be asked for an interview and make the most of it. I can guarantee you that there are at least a dozen people that are just waiting for an opportunity to get the job you want.
